Welcome to Garden Sheds and Furniture.com.
This web site is run by Alexandra Sheds Ltd and aims to offer quality products and quality service.
We use established suppliers to deliver top quality products to you.
Please take time to read our Terms and Conditions, Environmental Policy and Privacy Policy.
We look to ensure that the suppliers of timber based products can prove that the raw materials come from sustainable sources. You will see the FSC logo against these products.
All the products we supply are in kit form and will require assembly. Full assembly instructions are included with the product.
Assembly Tips
- Assembly should be undertaken by a minimum of two people.
- Assembly should never be attempted in strong winds.
- When hanging doors place a block under the door to provide additional support until fully fixed.
- Any pre-drilling should be done with a 5mm drill bit.
- Some manufacturer's guarantees will require the building to be treated annually with a qulaity wood preservative.
- Many of the products on the web site have their assembly instructions available as a PDF file. However it is important that any assembly is done against the instructions that come with the product as these instructions would incorportate any revision that may have been made to the product.
Before assembly we recommend that a base be prepared ensuring it is firm solid and level.
If the site is prone to accumulating standing water or if a product is being sited on grass or soil directly then to ensure there is sufficent air circulation under the floor of the product we recommend that the product is erected on pressure treated bearers or fence posts - this will help prevent the floor from rotting. Bearers are not provided as part of the kit. (The Log Cabins do have pressure treated bearers supplied as part of the kit.) Bearers should be 75mm x 75mm (3" x 3") in cross section.

- Calls to 03xx numbers cost no more than calls to numbers beginning 01 and 02 and are included in any inclusive call minutes or discount schemes.
- The Service Provider is not allowed to benefit from a share of the revenue.
- The new 03xx number ranges have been established to provide consumers with reassurance about the cost of calls and the fact that businesses are not receiving a share of the revenue from those calls.
