Conditions of Free Delivery

The delivery times quoted on our product pages and below are working days and do not include weekends and bank holidays.

Our products are delivered free to Post Codes on the UK mainland.

We are currently unable to deliver to offshore Post Codes which cover the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands and any other Post Codes not part of the UK mainland.

Delivery Methods

• Light Products: 3 - 7 days delivery - this is a one man overnight delivery used for the smaller items. Please note the drivers for this type of delivery do not have mobile phones in their cabs and therefore are not able to phone regarding specific delivery requirements. Once they have left the depot they will be unable to contact you, nor can the carriers contact them to re-arrange delivery. If you have any specific delivery instructions they should be e-mailed to our Customer Services as soon as possible after you have placed the order and in any case a minimum of 48 hours prior to a booked delivery date.
• Medium Products: 10 - 14 days delivery - this is a two man delivery service for medium sized products. If you have any specific delivery instructions they should be e-mailed to our Customer Services as soon as possible after you have placed the order and in any case a minimum of 72 hours prior to a booked delivery date.
• Heavy Products: 21 - 28 days delivery - this is a specialised delivery service for the larger items. Delivery is made using a vehicle with a small crane (called a Hiab) on the back. As a result these products can only be delivered to a point on your property adjacent to the kerb. These products are too large to be manhandled and cannot be moved around or through the property. The vehicle used to delivery these types of products is approximately the size of a bin lorry or fire engine.

The carriers should be contacting you 2-3 days after you place your order to confirm the delivery details and agree a suitable delivery date. It is therefore very important that, when placing your order, you provide an accurate day time telephone number with an alternative if possible.

Deliveries are made to the UK Mainland only

• Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) only, no weekend deliveries.
• between 8.00am – 6.00pm. Our carriers are unable to give specific time slots.

When the carriers contact you they will ask about any restrictions that could cause problems in trying to effect delivery. This is especially applicable to delivery of the larger products which may need to be offloaded by crane.

Delivery will be made to the nearest point that is adjacent to the roadway and clear of any obstruction. Carriers will not be able to move products around or through the property.

The products we sell are self-assembly and will be delivered in kit form. Assembly instructions will be enclosed with the products.
